SHEET METAL WORKERS' INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION LOCAL UNION No. 28 Political Action League

November 1, 2006

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

ELECTION DAY, TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2006 is fast approaching and hopefully the beginning of a new direction will be realized.

Over the last 6 years, there has been an all-out-attack on working people and their families. This not only affects our opportunity for employment, but also affects the status of our welfare and pension funds. We urge you to do your duty and vote for the candidate of your choice.

We have enclosed the 2006 Endorsed Candidates list for your information. Political Action plays a more important role in our lives every year. We need to support those candidates that believe in the principles set forth in our constitution. To establish and maintain desirable working conditions and to provide a measure of comfort and security for ourselves and our families.

VOTE TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7™

Your Political Action Committee works hard and appreciates your support. Exercise your right to VOTE!!

Fraternally yours,
LOCAL 28
