We regret to inform you that due to the death of New York City Comptroller William Thompson's mother, he will be unable to address the membership at the March 18th Union Meeting................. As a union member, you have an obligation to yourself and your Union to be present at these meetings............... Journeyperson Upgrade Course .......... Once again Local 28 will be offering evening training courses at the Apprentice School. We encourage you to take advantage of this training opportunity to improve your skills, particularly if you have been unemployed and fell that your skills may be rusty.
